4. Shipping Costs

5. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times commence from the date of shipment (not the order date). Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees:

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s delivery status in real-time. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

7. Customs and Import Duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees imposed by their country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

8. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Certain countries may have restrictions on specific materials or products. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order to avoid any delivery issues.

9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.

10. Failed Deliveries
If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional charges will apply for re-delivery attempts. Repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation with applicable restocking fees.

11. Lost or Damaged Packages
In case of lost or damaged packages:

• Report lost packages within 30 days of estimated delivery date
• Report damaged items within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos
  We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and assist in resolution promptly.

12. Multiple Item Orders
Items from the same order may ship separately if they are sourced from different warehouses. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, with no additional shipping charges.

All orders include basic shipping insurance. For high-value orders (exceeding $300 USD), we recommend purchasing additional insurance during checkout for enhanced protection and peace of mind.
